
TWT has obtained Quality Management System Certification for the "Planning, supplying and assistance on national and international telecommunications services for customers an reseller. Supplying of certified e-mail services (PEC)" in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 international standard.

Quality certification has provided TWT with a complete and methodical system that guarantees proper corporate management and thus contributes still further to the quality and reliability of its services, a demonstration of its commitment to total customer satisfaction.
The certification was awarded by CISQCERT, a body founded in 1993 within the CISQ Federation to meet the need to provide a competent structure for the evaluation and certification of business management systems of organizations in the Services and Public Administration sector. In May 2001, the body assumed its own independent identity, becoming an S.p.A. [joint-stock company], thus consolidating its role in the certification of management systems.
TWT has also obtained IQNet’s (International Certificate Network) international certificate. IQNet constitutes the largest international network bringing together the world’s major certification organisms for quality, the environment and security in business management systems.
UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 is the reference standard for the certification of quality management systems. It enables businesses to demonstrate their capacity to provide products and services that conform to contractual requirements, via a management system set up in line with a process model that emphasizes the centrality of the customer and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
