Introduction to the Services Charter
TWT has adopted this Services Charter in conformity with the principles established by the general directive (Resolution no. 179/03/CSP) in matters related to quality and telecommunications services charters and specific regulations for fixed voice telephony services (Res. no. 254/04/CSP) and access to the internet from a fixed station (Res. no. 131/06/CSP).
TWT periodically updates this Charter in light of changes to the types of services provided to customers and legislative and technical changes in the sector, informing the Telecommunications supervisory authority at least 30 days prior to the date of application.
The updated Charter is distributed in electronic format on the website www.twt.it and on paper via printed invoice, where requested.
This Services charter sets out the company’s obligations to its customers and their rights in relation to the supply of contractually agreed services. With this document, TWT agrees to:
- operate so as to continuously improve its quality standards;
- simplify, develop and render more transparent its relations with customers.
Without prejudice to the specific dispositions contained in the contracts, this Services charter is binding for TWT in relation to its customers, and constitutes a reference point in its relations with them.
