The anti-spam filter performs numerous tests on incoming e-mail, applying a complex message-analyzing algorithm. For each test performed, the filter assigns a score, based on its settings, and messages are then classified as either desired or undesired.
The anti-spam filter checks all e-mails received in the domain’s mailboxes and if an e-mail is identified as possible spam it is placed in the junk e-mailbox.
Messages sent by senders or domains on public Blacklists are blocked, so that they are not marked and forwarded.
