TWT designs and develops customized websites based on varying business needs. Our solutions use advanced technologies to combine a proper balance between pleasantly modern graphics and a functional structure that is easy to navigate, so as to provide businesses with an efficient tool that can transform visits to their website into concrete business opportunities.TWT works hand in hand with its customers throughout the life of each project: from the definition of content and functions to graphics, text editing, developing applications, and evolutionary maintenance.
Customers can choose between a static or dynamic site, depending on whether they prefer to update certain areas themselves (e.g. news, events, product offers or catalogues, etc.).
Whereas a static site contains pages featuring set content that does not require frequent updating, a dynamic site has a fixed structure with variable content (text, images, etc.).
All data is kept on a database, and customers can conveniently update websites in real time from their PCs using a web management tool. All that’s required to use the web management tool is a web browser, with no prior knowledge of the HTML language.
TWT also designs and develops online tools that optimize and speed up document sharing processes, both for customers and business partners, using a carefully designed and extremely user-friendly graphic interface that is in harmony with the coordinated corporate image (logo, company colors, website...).
Businesses can use a web management tool to update their Reserved Area as they see fit, creating different users, each of which is identified by a user password. All that’s required to use the application is a web browser, without any prior knowledge of the HTML language.
Two types of users can access the Reserved Area: Admin and User.
An Admin can: create/edit/delete users accessing the system, and enable them to use certain functions; load, edit or delete all documents; assign documents to different users, including the option of inserting a description; and view all documents loaded by the Users.
A User can: view and download documents assigned to him or her by the Admin (and not those assigned to other users); upload document via web (if authorized to do so by the Admin); edit or delete documents he has uploaded. A User can be automatically notified via e-mail every time the Admin uploads a new document reserved to him/her (and vice-versa).The application allows you to create, edit or delete users who have access to the website’s Reserved Area, as well as assign or modify access parameters (username and password) for each user.
Customers can use a simple web interface to select what files to view in the Reserved Area, specifying certain parameters, such as, for example:
Files to be downloaded from the site can be uploaded via FTP, or uploaded directly from the application. You can decide which users can access them and view all documents uploaded by users, with the added possibility of filtering them based on user type. Authorized users can be allowed not only to view documents assigned to them, but also to upload new ones.
