TWT has launched its new "Virtual Messaging Service" (VMS) solution, providing continuous access to company information, mailboxes, calendar and contacts - a sort of virtual office that reproduces the same situation as being physically at our desks.

TWT’s Virtual Messaging Service provides businesses with a secure and reliable messaging platform, which, in addition to its advanced e-mail functions, gives users new access methods with a high level of protection and new modes of collaboration.
E-mail, calendar, contacts and messaging functions in Outlook are always accessible wherever you are, and always organized just as you set them, from your computer, from any PC connected to the internet, or from a mobile device (Smartphone, PDA, etc.). Whatever tool you use to access your mail, Outlook’s interface is always displayed.
Main functions:
- e-mail. Mail resides on an advanced TWT server cluster and is therefore always accessible and synchronized in real time by any tool. The entire structure is protected by a powerful continuously updated antivirus application to guarantee maximum security.
- shared calendar. Helps you keep track of all your commitments, check those of your colleagues and share your diary with other users. The calendar allows you to add or edit appointments and manage recurring events, receive a reminder for a meeting, and synchronize the calendar between palmtops and PCs, etc. All these functions, integrated with the e-mail system, allow users to easily manage their online office, sharing essential information for coordinating teamwork.
- contacts. An unlimited number of names and contact groups can be archived under contacts. The contacts list is immediately visible to other devices in use, such as, for instance, palmtops or webmail, and vice-versa. In addition, the sharing function allows all authorized users to access shared and constantly updated contacts.
- tasks. Creates and manages shared tasks, recording progress while keeping projects constantly updated. If a work team needs to manage its tasks in different locations for specific reasons, each member of the group can enter updates at any time and from any location, thus significantly improving overall work organization and promoting collaboration.
- autoreply mail. Creates and manages automatic reply messages to e-mail received when you’re out of the office due to work related commitments, holidays, etc.
- domain admin. The solution comprises an administrator account to create and/or delete mailboxes, change password, etc., totally self-sufficiently.
- Anti-spam. The advanced domain service with Anti-spamming management for individual mailboxes is included in the service, allowing each user to manage spamming as required.
