Voice and data traffic traveling on TWT lines

Business BridgeBusiness Bridge is the dedicated direct access Voice solution for businesses requiring several telephone lines. This service can be integrated with Plus and Premium customized packages.

Business Bridge provides three options: Business Bridge 4, Business Bridge 6 and Business Bridge 8. Depending on the solution selected, customers have at their disposal up to 4, 6 or 8 telephone lines, and a portable number included.

With Business Bridge, you can call fixed and mobile numbers in Italy and abroad, and send faxes - simply by connecting directly to TWT’s network. In addition, Business Bridge allows you to give up the former monopoly’ provider’s lines and service charges without having to forego your current telephone number, thanks to Number Portability.

TWT’s Business Bridge service can also be customized with the following optional profiles:

  • Business Bridge Plus 7: internet bandwidth at 7 Mbps/704 Kbps
  • Business Bridge Plus 20: internet bandwidth at 20 Mbps/512 Kbps
  • Business Bridge Premium: internet bandwidth at 2 Mbps/512 Kbps (minimum bandwidth configured Upstream/Downstream: 512Kbps/256 Kbps)

A complete service

Business Bridge customers benefit from: up to eight telephone lines; one portable number included; rental, installation, configuration and maintenance of the TWT Voice Access Modem, which allows for telephone calls and faxes in addition to internet access (if opted for).

The data option provides: flat data traffic; registration and free maintenance of a second level domain (e.g. companyname.it/.com/.net/.org/.eu); 20 Mb of web space for a company website, FTP start-up, backup and maintenance; 2 Gb of email domain space with up to 20 accounts; domain-level antispamming option.

A single contact person

Each customer benefits from a single contact person for assistance, management, invoicing, and the quick resolution of any problem issues, in addition to the Help Desk service, provided free-of-charge for notifying malfunctions, and accessible via our toll-free number or e-mail.

Customized servicing

TWT’s Customer Service provides complete support in the following areas:

  • installation/suspension/termination of service;
  • managing system malfunctions;
  • receipt and management of claims;
  • providing information and assistance of a general nature;
  • your personal business consultant is available at all times for any information requests.

A single bill

TWT provides all call details free-of-charge to customers, in electronic format. Invoices comprise: subdivision by cost center; summary of national and international calls, and calls to mobile telephones; details of all calls (call date, time, destination, number called, duration and cost); traffic details.

New operator, old number

Customers can say goodbye to their Telecom line charge without having to forego their old telephone number, thanks to Number Portability.

Traffic report on our website

Customers can log on to our website www.twt.it to check their telephone traffic online in real time and over any number of time periods, and to create statistical reports.
