Services include:

  • Toll Free Number 800: cost of the call charged to the company holder of the number;
  • Shared Cost Number 840/848: cost shared between the caller and the receiver , reducing the business costs;
  • Single Number 199: cost of the call charged to the caller, with a bonus for the company based on the received call volumes;
  • Premium number 894/895/899: cost of the call charged to the caller directly in the telephone bill, with payment to the company of a percentage of the amount billed

Optional services

The following optional services are available to businesses:

Call Timing: i clienti possono instradare le chiamate ai propri numeri Customer Care su sedi diverse, in base all’ora del giorno, al giorno della settimana o dell’anno (festività, ferie ecc.).

Call Timing: businesses can route calls to their Customer Care numbers in various locations, based on the time of day, day of the week or weekend, holiday, etc.

Call Distribution: allows for the distribution of calls to different/alternative locations in the case of an engaged signal or no reply, or on the basis of the caller’s number.

Call District: routes incoming calls based on the call’s area of origin (area code, region).

Call Filtering: enables the definition of a list of area codes and/or numbers (from fixed or mobile networks) from which you do not wish to receive incoming calls to non-geographical numbers.

Welcome Message: allows callers to listen to a brief courtesy message (recorded by the customer) before being connected to an operator.
