TWT backups the hosted web pages and the Customer Care guarantees full support for any aspect of the service and for information requests.
The servers are housed in a safe area, where access is allowed only to authorized personnel. The contents of the server are protected by firewalls and security systems that identify and prevent any intrusion attempt.
The Client can take advantage of the qualified Network Engineering support provided by TWT personnel.
