CEM ResellerThe CEM Reseller solution is designed for businesses reselling a Certified Electronic Mail service to their customers, that is, a delivery system for information documents very much like a traditional electronic mail service, with the added possibility of obtaining legally valid confirmation of a message’s effective delivery to its recipient. In other words, this service endows the electronic transmission process with the same legal value as addressee notification on registered letters.

TWT offers Resellers different types of services, satisfying the needs of both customers who don’t require that their domain illustrates their organization, and those who wish to register a CEM domain and activate their mailboxes on it:

  • Reseller’s certified domain
A Certified Electronic Mailbox is activated on the Reseller’s domain, e.g. mailbox@domainreseller.tld*
  • Subdomain chosen by user
A Certified Electronic Mailbox is activated on a subdomain chosen by the user, but within the Reseller’s certified domain. In this case the CEM mailbox is of the type: mailbox@subdomain.domainreseller.tld
  • User’s domain and subdomain
A Certified Electronic Mailbox is activated on a user domain, of the type mailbox@domain.tld, or on a subdomain, e.g. mailbox@subdomain.domain.tld

Offer includes e-mail notification service. Customers can use a web interface accessible via access credentials to freely configure the notification service, configuring up to five traditional electronic mail addresses, each of which receives notification of every certified e-mail received by the CEM mailbox.

Users can further customize the service via the following option:

E-mail and SMS notification

Customers can use a web interface accessible via access credentials to freely configure the notification service, by configuring up to five traditional electronic mail addresses, which are matched to five mobile telephone numbers, each of which receives notification of every certified e-mail received by the CEM mailbox. The transmission of an SMS is indicated in the e-mail.
