
A web interface provides the activation/deactivation of customer numbers in real time for both VoIP and CPS (Carrier Pre Selection) services, daily data downloads for invoicing (CDR, Call Data Records), and reports on the state of customer lines. 1st and 2nd level portability can also be requested from other operators.
It allows Resellers to indepen- dently manage activities such as, for example, the portability of geographical numbers, the request, the activation and to reserve TWT geographical numbers.
Resellers are provided with a web interface for managing operations in real time, allowing the activation/deactivation of customer numbers for both VoIP and CS (Carrier Selection) , as well as managing credit, providing top-ups and modifying price lists, with full control via comprehensive online reports.
Permits the management of customer base and the provisioning of xDSL lines, online service coverage checks, and line tests (ping), manage line faults and access the Forum for contacting TWT’s Customer service division. It is also possible to request the migration of xDSL lines from Telecom Italia.
A web interface allows numbering management and provides independent access to relative traffic statistics. Users can thus check call details in real time 24/24, and filter details by origin, number and period, as well.
