Processing purpose and legal basis
Personal data provided will be processed to satisfy your request. The legal basis of the processing activity is found in Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation 2016/679/EU. The information requested is optional, with the exception of a telephone number or email address to used to contact you.
With the consent of the data subject, data are used:
- to determine the degree of customer satisfaction via email or telephone;
- for sending commercial communications via email;
- to contact you by phone for the promotion of new services.
Consent is optional and can be revoked at any time; this is without prejudice to lawfulness of processing activities carried out prior to revocation. Withdrawal of consent can be exercised by writing to privacy@twt.it.
Retention period
Data processed to fulfil your request are stored for the time period necessary for this purpose.
If you have given your consent to the use of data for promotional purposes, data will be retained for two years from the last contact.
Data recipients
Data are not disclosed to third parties. Third parties that TWT appoints for the performance of certain activities that involve the processing of data are known as Data Processors.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to ask the data controller for access to personal data, the correction or cancellation of such data, and the limitation of its processing. The data subject also has the right to object to the processing of personal data, and the right to its portability. Your rights can be exercised by contacting dpo@twt.it.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
